Are you a member or do you regularly attend HBC? If not, we so appreciate your desire to serve at VBS, but we only allow volunteers to come from our church.

Do you need a t-shirt? Yes No, I have a blue HBC shirt You must wear the blue HBC shirt or the VBS t-shirt this year. We are not ordering new HBC shirts, so if you do not already have one, you must purchase a VBS shirt for $5.

Do you have a child that will be in worker's kids? If so, please give name and birthday.
